As a student at North Carolina State University, I've been given the opportunity to attain many new skills. While practicing these new crafts, I've developed a passion for them. When I hold my camera and look through at my clients and models, time slows down, freezing the ruckus and hustle of everyday life. As I work, my senses become hyperactive. I feel each smooth rotation of the focus ring and the accent of the shutter button echos through my ears. For me, photographing someone isn’t about creating the most outrageous piece, it’s about capturing a small organic juncture and turning it into a beautiful and tangible composition. When my clients, models, and I collaborate, their pure emotions and my creativity combine to produce something like no other.
